| tbsp | Lime juice, fresh | | 8
| | Flour tortillas, 6" size | | 1/4
| cup | Colby cheese | | 1/4
| cup | Jack cheese | | 1
| cup | La Victoria Salsa | | | - or homemade (NO PACE!) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preparation time: 30 minutes place steaks in utility dish and sprinkle with half the lime juice. | | 2 | Turn steaks over and sprinkle with the remaining juice. | | 3 | Wrap tortillas securely in heavy-duty aluminum foil. | | 4 | Place steaks on grid over medium coals. | | 5 | Grill steaks 7 to 9 minutes for rare (140 °F). | | 6 | To medium (160 °F)., truning once. | | 7 | Place tortilla packet on outer edge of grid and heat 5 minutes, turning once. | | 8 | Top each steak with an equal amount of the cheeses. | | 9 | Serve with salsa and the tortillas serving suggestions: mixed green salad with red onion and orange slices |
