Fiesta rib eye steaks

Ingredients:
4 Rib eye steaks, or top loin
- cut ? thick
2 tbspLime juice, fresh
8 Flour tortillas, 6" size
1/4 cupColby cheese
1/4 cupJack cheese
1 cupLa Victoria Salsa
- or homemade (NO PACE!)
Procedures:
1Preparation time: 30 minutes place steaks in utility dish and sprinkle with half the lime juice.
2Turn steaks over and sprinkle with the remaining juice.
3Wrap tortillas securely in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
4Place steaks on grid over medium coals.
5Grill steaks 7 to 9 minutes for rare (140 °F).
6To medium (160 °F)., truning once.
7Place tortilla packet on outer edge of grid and heat 5 minutes, turning once.
8Top each steak with an equal amount of the cheeses.
9Serve with salsa and the tortillas serving suggestions: mixed green salad with red onion and orange slices
