| can | Low-sod tomato sauce (8 oz) | | 2
| | White potatoes, cubed | | 1

| tsp | Ground black pepper | | 1
| | Zucchini, cut in half | | | Lengthwise, then sliced | | 2
| cup | Fresh or frozen corn kernels |

Procedures:
