Ingredients:
1 cupChopped onion
4 cupCubed potatoes
1 tbspSalt
1/8 tbspPepper
5 cupRaw fish, ? cubes
1 quartBoiling water
2 cupMilk
1 cupHalf & half cream
Parsley or chives
Procedures:
1Add potatoes, onions, salat and pepper to water.
2Cook about 10 min, until veg are soft, but not completely cooked.
3Add fish and cook 10 min. add milk and light cream, stir and heat 15 min longer.
4Do not boil.
5Serve with parsley or chives
