Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: betty crocker"s smartcook cook bacon in 4-quart dutch oven until crisp; remove bacon and drain. | | 2 | Drain fat from dutch oven. | | 3 | Stir remaining ingredients except half-and-half into dutch oven. | | 4 | Heat to boiling; reduce heat. | | 5 | Cover and simmer until fish and potatoes are done, 15 to 20 minutes. | | 6 | Stir in half-and-half; heat until hot. | | 7 | Sprinkle each serving with bacon and, if desired, garnish with celery leaves. | | 8 | 6 servings. |
