Ingredients:
3/4 cupWhole wheat flour
2 Cubes bouillon
2 quartWater
1 cupMilk
1/8 tspGround mace
5 Leeks, cleaned, chopped
1/4 cupWhipping cream
2 cupShredded Edam or Gouda
Cheese
Procedures:
1Blend together flour, bouillon cubes and water.
2Stir in milk and mace.
3Bring to a boil; immediately reduce heat to simmer; simmer 10 minutes.
4Add leeks and cream; simmer 10 minutes.
5Serve cheese with soup at the table.
