Ingredients:
| 1/4
| cup | Raw pork, shredded | | 3
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 1
| tbsp | White wine vinegar | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Sugar (to taste) | | 1/2
| tsp | Black pepper | | 1/4
| cup | Bamboo shoots, shredded | | 1/4
| cup | Wood ears | | 1/4
| cup | Mushrooms, sliced | | 3/4
| cup | Tofu, diced | | 1
| | Egg, beaten | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Sesame oil | | | Oil for frying |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oil till quite hot. | | 2 | Add pork with 1 teaspoon cornstarch. | | 3 | Fry until white. | | 4 | Remove and drain on paper towels. | | 5 | Heat 3 cups water to boiling. | | 6 | Dissolve remaining cornstach in small amount of water. | | 7 | Add vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, bamboo shoots, wood ears, mushrooms and tofu to boiling water. | | 8 | When it returns to a boil, remove from heat. | | 9 | Add cornstarch mixture. | | 10 | While stirring, pour in beaten egg and sesame oil. | | 11 | Add pork. | | 12 | Season to taste. |
