Ingredients:
1 Fresh green chile, (3-inch)
3 tbspRice vinegar
5 cupNo-salt-added chicken broth
2 cupThinly sliced peeled daikon
-radish -- (?pound)
1 lbsSkinned boned chicken
-breasts -- thinly sliced
2 tbspFish sauce
1 tbspFresh lime juice
1/8 tspSugar
2 cupHot cooked long-grain rice
Chopped fresh cilantro
-(optional)
Procedures:
1Recipe by: cooking light, jan/feb 1995, page 71 preparation time: 0:05 remove stem from chile; cut chile in half lengthwise, and discard seeds.
2combine chile and vinegar in a blender, and process until smooth; set aside
3bring broth to a simmer in a large saucepan; add radish, and cook 5 minutes
