| cup | Sauerkraut | | 1
| cup | Potatoes, cubed | | 1
| cup | Sour cream | | 2
| tbsp | Butter | | 3
| tbsp | Flour | | 1
| | Egg yolk | | | Salt & pepper, to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Boil kraut and potaotes in water for 15 minutes. | | 2 | Mix sour cream, butter, flour and egg yolk. | | 3 | Slowly add to soup mixture, stirring constantly. | | 4 | Heat through, season to taste. |
