Easy pork chops with dill

Ingredients:
8 Boneless pork chops, lean
(thick ones)
3 tbspDried dillweed
3 tbspSpicy mustard, or dijon
4 tbspDark brown sugar
3/4 cupWhite wine
Large Lemon, sliced
Procedures:
1Remove all visible fat from pork chops.
2Spray pam or other veg.
3Spray on bottom of skillet (or you can sprinkle salt on the bottom, if you prefer) fry pork chops until well-browned on both sides.
4Blend together brown sugar, mustard and dillweed.
5Spread brown sugar mixture over top of pork chops.
6Place slices of lemon on top of each pork chop.
7Slowly pour in wine.
8Cover frying pan and simmer for 50-60 minutes.
9Check every 5 minutes to assure there is enough liquid left in pan after they have cooked about 30 minutes.
10Serve immediately.
11Alcohol content of wine will burn off.
