Ingredients:

| tsp | Butter or margarine | | 3/4
| oz | Ham, diced in ?pieces | | 1/4
| | Onion, diced in ?pieces | | 1/2
| cup | Celery, diced | | 1/4
| cup | Carrots, diced | | 3/5
| cl | Garlic, minced | | 1
| quart | Water | | 1 1/4
| tbsp | Chicken base | | 1 3/4
| tsp | Tomato paste | | 2/5
| cup | Beer | | 1 2/3
| pinch | Black pepper, or more to | | | -taste | | 1
| tbsp | Cilantro, minced | | 1/3
| tsp | Chili powder | | 1/3
| tsp | Cumin |

Procedures:
