Ingredients:
3 canSliced mushrooms (4 oz)
-drained
1 tbspMargarine
3 cupChicken broth
2 tbspOnion, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tbspFlour
1 cupSour cream
1 cupHalf and half cream or milk
Procedures:
1Preparation time: 10:0 in skillet, saute sliced mushrooms in butter; place in crock pot.
2Add chicken broth, onion, salt, and pepper; stir well.
3Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 10 hours (on high setting for 2 ?to 3 hours) about 30 minutes before serving, turn to high setting.
4Mix flour and sour cream; add to crock pot with half and half cream.
5Cook until slightly thickened.
