Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsGround beef
19 ozCan tomatoes
14 ozTomato sauce
32 ozWater
1 tspPaprika
1/2 tspCayenne pepper
1 1/2 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/2 tspHP sauce
1 tspA1 steak sauce
2 tspLouisiana hot sauce
1/2 tspDried mint
1 1/2 tbspChile powder
2 tspSalt
1 tspCumin
1/2 tspCoriander
1/4 tspCloves
1/8 tspAllspice
1/4 tspNutmeg
1/2 tspCinnamon
1 tspBlack pepper
1/2 tspWhite pepper
1/2 tspOnion powder
6 dropPeychaud's bitters
1/2 tspSugar
1/2 cupBread crumbs
Procedures:
1Brown the ground beef in 2 tbsps olive oil.
2Add all the other ingredients, except the bread crumbs, and simmer for 3 hrs.
3Also, put can of tomatoes thru a food mill to remove seeds before adding to sauce.
4Finally add enough bread crumbs to thicken to the proper consistancy or however you like it
