Country baked beans

Ingredients:
2 lbsDried beans
2 medOnions, peeled
3/4 cupLight molasses
1 tbspSalt
1/2 lbsLean salt pork
Water
8 Whole cloves
2 tbspSugar
1 tbspDry mustard
Procedures:
1Pick over beans and rinse under running water.
2Cover beans with water in a alrge kettle.
3Bring to boiling; cover kettle.
4Boil 2 minutes; remove from heat; let stand 1 hour; pour into slow cooker.
5Stud onions with cloves and hide deep in beans.
6Stir in molasses, sugar, satl and mustard.
7Cut salt pork into 8 pieces; lay on top.
8Pour bailing water over just until it shows above beans; cover.
9Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours, or until beans are tender.
