Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | In frypan, brown meat, stirring till light brown & crumbly. | | 3 | Add onions, celery & green pepper. | | 4 | Cook for 3 min. add tomatoes & simmer a few minutes. | | 5 | Add salt & pepper. | | 6 | Cook pasta; drain. | | 7 | In buttered 2 qt casserole, combine pasta, sauce & blue cheese. | | 8 | Sprinkle grated cheese on top. | | 9 | Bake in a 350f oven for 20 min. |
