Peeled, halved, sliced

Beet greens

Washed and finely chopped

Stalks celery, diced

Lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

Tomato soup
Procedures:

Put vegetables in a large pot with water to cover.

Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Simmer 2 - 2 ?hours, until beets and carrots are tender.
