Ingredients:
2 lbsBeef brisket
1 largeBunch beets
2 medOnions
2 tbspSugar
1 largeClove garlic
2 medNuggets sour salt or juice
-of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Simmer beef in water to cover generously.
2Skim to clear.
3Add sour salt or lemon juice, sliced and peeled onions and beets, sugar, and seasoning.
4Mince garlic fine, add to broth.
5Cook until meat is tender (about 3 hours).
6Correct seasonings, serve hot.
