Chicken & prawn soup

Ingredients:
2 14oz Cans Chicken Consomme
1 Skinless Chicken Breast
-fillet, cut into thin
-strips.
1 tbspCornflour
2 ozPeeled Prawns, thawed if
-using frozen.
1 Clove Garlic, peeled and
-chopped
Ds Soy Sauce
Black Pepper
1 Egg, Beaten
Procedures:
1Heat consomme in a large pan.
2Put chicken and cornflour in a polythene bag and shake until chicken is coated.
3Add chicken to soup and simmer for 10 minutes until tender.
4Stir in prawns, garlic, soy sauce and plenty of pepper.
5Just before serving, pour in the beaten egg in a stream, stirring constantly, so egg sets in ribbons
