| | 14oz Cans Chicken Consomme | | 1
| | Skinless Chicken Breast | | | -fillet, cut into thin | | | -strips. | | 1
| tbsp | Cornflour | | 2
| oz | Peeled Prawns, thawed if | | | -using frozen. | | 1
| | Clove Garlic, peeled and | | | -chopped | | | Ds Soy Sauce | | | Black Pepper | | 1
| | Egg, Beaten |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat consomme in a large pan. | | 2 | Put chicken and cornflour in a polythene bag and shake until chicken is coated. | | 3 | Add chicken to soup and simmer for 10 minutes until tender. | | 4 | Stir in prawns, garlic, soy sauce and plenty of pepper. | | 5 | Just before serving, pour in the beaten egg in a stream, stirring constantly, so egg sets in ribbons |
