Ingredients:
Oil
3 Eggs
3 clGarlic, sliced thin
Parsley
Dry French bread
Broken into small chunks
Water
Procedures:
1Coat bottom of cast iron fry pan with oil.
2Add garlic and brown gently.
3Add bread and stir to coat with oil.
4Add water to cover.
5Add parsley.
6Simmer 15-20 minutes.
7After the soup has simmered, add eggs.
8The eggs can either be stirred in or poached.
9this soup is good for sinusitis, colds and hangovers.
