Ingredients:

| tbsp | Fresh chives, snipped -OR- | | 1
| tbsp | Green onion, sliced | | 1/2
| tsp | Dried basil leaf | | 1/2
| cup | Creamed cottage cheese (4oz) | | 1
| cup | All-purpose flour, sifted | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Baking powder |

Procedures:
