Ingredients:
1/2 cupChopped onions
1/2 cupChopped carrots
1/2 cupThinly sliced celery
3 cupSliced fresh mushrooms
5 cupWater
1/2 cupBarley
4 tspVegtable broth powder
1/8 tspGarlic powder
Procedures:
1Put vegtables in a large soup pot with a little water and cook for 5 min stirring frequently.
2Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
3Cover & reduce heat to low & simmer 1 hour.
