Ingredients:
12 cupWater
1 cupSliced onion
1 cupCoarsely chopped celery
1 lbsChicken breast halves
1/2 lbsChicken thighs
1/2 lbsChicken drumsticks
3 cupFrozen whole kernel corn
-thawed
1 medSized egg noodles, (4 ozs)
-uncooked
3/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1/4 tspSaffron threads
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 tbspChopped fresh parsley
Procedures:
1Recipe by: cooking light, sept 1994, page 140 preparation time: 0:05 combine first 6 ingredients in a large dutch oven; bring to a boil.
