Ingredients:
1 lbsChicken breasts, skinned
Boneless cut into chunks
1 tbspVegetable oil
6 cupWater
2 tbspInstant bouillon
2 cupBroccoli flowerets
2 cupCarrots, pared and sliced
3/4 cupRed bell pepper, chopped
1/4 tspPepper
Salt to taste
Procedures:
1In a large kettle of dutch oven, brown chicken in oil.
2Add remaining ingredients.
3Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
4Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
