Ingredients:
1 smallOnion, finely chopped

2 cupChicken broth

1 canTomato sauce, (15 ozs)
2 cupCut-up cooked chicken
Or turkey
2 cupTortilla chips
1 cupShredded monterey jack
Cheese (4 ozs)
1 smallAvocado, peeled and sliced
Procedures:

2Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until onion is tender.
3Stir in broth, chili powder and tomato sauce.
4Cover tightly and microwave 8 to 10 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes, until boiling.
5Divide chicken and tortilla chips among 4 soup bowls.
6Pour soup over chips; sprinkle with cheese.
7Microwave uncovered on high 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
8Top with avocado.
