Ingredients:
1/2 lbsChicken breast, boneless
2 cupChicken stock
1 cupMushrooms, fresh, quartered
4 tbspSesame oil
2 tbspSherry
2 tbspParsley, fresh, chopped
Procedures:
1Thinly slice the chicken breast meat.
2Bring the chicken stock to a rolling boil and add the chicken and mushrooms.
3When the soup starts to boil again and all of the ingredients float to the top, remove from heat.
4Add the sesame oil and sherry and taste for seasoning.
5Add salt and pepper if necessary.
6Serve in individual soup bowls and sprinkle the parsley on top.
