Ingredients:
1 Cucumber, peeled, seeded
- and diced
2 Tomatoes, diced
1/2 Onion, diced
1/2 Red bell pepper, seeded
- and diced
1/2 Yellow bell pepper, seeded
- and diced
1/2 Green bell pepper, seeded
- and diced
2 tbspFresh dill, chopped
2 tbspFresh cilantro, chopped
1 pintBeef stock
1 tbspOlive oil
1 1/2 tbspRed wine vinegar
1 tspGarlic, finely chopped
1 tspTabasco sauce
2 tspSalt
1/2 tspWhite pepper
1 pintTomato juice
Procedures:
1Combine all of the ingredients and mix them together well.
