Cheese vegetable soup

Ingredients:
6 cupDiced tomatos
1 cupChopped celery
1 cupChopped carrots
1/2 cupChopped onion
2 tspChicken bouillon
4 1/2 cupWater
4 tbspWater
3 cupMilk
1 lbsVelveeta cheese
2 tspChopped parsley flakes
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Combine tomatos, celery, carrots, onion, chicken bouillon and 4 1/ 2 cup water and simmer until vegetables are done and liquid is reduced.
2Shake together flour with a small portion of milk and add to vegetables with the rest of the milk.
3Cut the velveeta cheese in cubes and add to soup along with parsley, salt and pepper.
4Simmer at low temperature till hot.
