1 1/2 cupAle
1 Bay leaf
2 Sprigs parsley
1/4 tspPeppercorns
1/2 tspThyme
1 tspSalt
1 tspSugar
1/4 tspGrated nutmeg

3Trim beef and brown in a skilet in hot oil.
