Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupKidney beans, cooked
10 cupWater
2 tbspVegetable oil
1 cupOnion, chopped
2 cupAny available fresh veggies
2 cupCanned crushed tomatoes
Salt, pepper, seasonings to
-taste
2 cupPasta, cooked
Procedures:
1In a saucepan, combine cooked beans, water, oil, onion, vegetables, tomatoes and seasonings.
2Bring to a boil.
3Reduce heat and simmer for 55 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
4Add cooked pasta and heat through
