Calvert's dilled tomato soup

Ingredients:
6 tbspSweet butter
2 medPurple onions
Peeled and sliced
1 quartFresh or canned chicken
Stock
2 cupFresh tomatoes, peeled
Seeded and diced
2 clGarlic, minced
2 tbspFresh lemon juice
2 tbspCalvert's cedar street
Dill mustard
1 tbspHorseradish
2 tspWorcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Recipe by: calvert"s mustard cookbook melt butter in a non-aluminum saucepan and saute onions over medium heat until translucent (about 8 minutes).
2Add chicken stock, tomatoes, garlic and lemon juice.
3Heat to boiling.
4Lower heat and simmer for ?hour.
5Add calvert"s cedar street dill mustard, horseradish and worcestershire.
6Transfer in batches to blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until pureed.
7A small sprig of fresh dill makes a lovely garnish.
