Ingredients:
4 cupCabbage, shredded
2 cupCarrots, sliced
3 cupPotatoes, diced
1 tbspSalt
1/2 tbspPepper
1/2 tbspSugar
2 cupWater
2 tbspButter
4 cupMilk
Procedures:
1Put all ingredients, except milk and butter, in a pot and cook over low heat until the vegetables are done.
2Add the butter and milk and heat through.
