Procedures:
1Ingreidents: to set sponge--add 2 cups flour and 2 cups warm water.
2Let stand overnight or at least 8 hours.
3(unrefridgerated) i: as much sponge as needed ( always save one cup) i: 1-?cups flour i: ?cup sugar i: ?cup shortening (melted) instructions: mix ingredients well.
4Put into muffin pan, cook at 350 degrees until brown.
5Turn out onto a rack to cool.
