Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupRolled oats
1/4 cupSweetened condensed milk
3/4 cupHot water
2 tbspCorn sirup
2 Eggs
1/2 tspSalt
3/4 cupFlour
4 tspBaking powder
2 tbspCooking oil
Procedures:
1Pour hot water and condensed milk over rolled oats and let stand ?hour.
2Add sirup, cooking oil, and beaten egg yolks.
3Sift flour, measure, and sift with baking powder and salt.
4Add to first mixture.
5Beat only until smooth.
6Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
7Fill well-oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
8Bake in hot oven (425°F) 20 minutes.
