Raspberry bran mufffins

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupFlour
1 3/4 cupSugar
2 tbspBaking powder
1/2 tbspBaking soda
1/2 tbspSalt
2 cupButtermilk
1/2 cupVegetable oil
2 Eggs
8 cupBran flakes cereal
1/2 cupRaspberry jam
Procedures:
1Preheat over to 350.
2Line muffin tins with paper cups.
3Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl.
4Whisk buttermilk, oil and eggs in large bowl to blend.
5Add dry ingredients and cereal and stir until just blended.
6Spoon ?c batter into each muffin cup using small spoon, make well in center of each and fill well with 1 t jam.
7Spoon remaining batter over.
8Bake until done about 25 minutes.
9Turn out onto rack.
10Cool slightly.
11Serve warm or at room temperature.
