Ingredients:
2 cupFlour
1 tbspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupSugar
1 Egg, beaten
1/3 cupButter, melted
1 cupMilk
3/4 cupPeaches, chopped
3/4 cupRaspberries
1/2 cupSugar
1/3 cupFlour
1/4 cupButter
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2sift the first 4 ingredients together.
3stir in the egg, butter and milk, just until moistened.
4fill paper-lined muffin tins ?full.
5cover with fruit, then remaining batter.
6mix the sugar, flour and butter together till crumbly.
7sprinkle over your muffins, and bake approximately 20 minutes.
8makes 12 muffins.
