Ingredients:
1 2/3 cupFlour
2 1/2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupButter plus 2 tablespoons
1/2 cupSugar
2 Eggs
1 1/4 cupMilk
3/4 cupWheat germ
1 cupRaisins, cut in half
Procedures:
1Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
2Then cream the butter, sugar and eggs, beating them until light and fluffy.
3Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk.
4Make 3 dry and 2 liquid additions.
5Combining lightly after each.
6Stir in the wheat germ and raisins.
7Fill muffin tins making 16 in all.
8Bake in 375 oven for 15 to 20 minutes
