Ingredients:
10 cupFruit Bran Cereal (425gbox)
5 cupFlour
3 cupSugar
5 tspBaking Soda
2 tspSalt
2 tspCinnamon
5 cupSour Milk
Or
5 tbspVinegar + 5 Cup Milk
4 Eggs
1 cupOil
Procedures:
1Measure dry ingredients into a very large mixing bowl that has a lid.
2Add eggs, oil and milk.
3Blend well.
4Stores for 6 weeks in frig.
5Fill muffin cups ?full and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
6Or: mix all dry ingrediants to store...
7Use as follows (for 12 muffins) 3 c mix 1 c milk (sour or add 1 tb vinegar) ?c oil 1 egg (minus yolk for less cholesterol).
8Note: this mix works well with raisin bran, fruit n fibre, or just bran cereals..
9Dryed apple bits may be a nice addition..
