Molly's corn muffins

Ingredients:
1 cupSour Cream or Yogurt
1 tspBaking Soda
4 ozButter, melted
2 largeEggs, beaten
1/2 cupSugar
1 cupCorn Meal
1 cupFlour
1 1/2 tspBaking Powder
Procedures:
1Mix sour cream or yogurt with the baking soda and set aside.
2In a large bowl place the butter, sugar, corn meal and eggs.
3Stir well.
4Add the flour mixture alternating with the sour cream mixture, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
5Grease 12 regular muffin tins and bake 25-30 minutes in a preheated 350°F oven.
