| lbs | Liver, sliced | | 1/2
| cup | Flour | | 1/2
| tbsp | Dill weed | | 1/4
| tbsp | Pepper | | 2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Onions, minced | | 1/4
| cup | Butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. | | 2 | Dredge liver with the mixture on both sides. | | 3 | Melt butter in skillet and brown liver using medium heat. | | 4 | Reduce heat, sprinkle with onion and dill. | | 5 | Cover and simmer 20 minutes |
