Procedures:
| 1 | In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. | | 2 | In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. | | 3 | Add honey, orange juice, butter and vanilla; mix well. | | 4 | Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. | | 5 | Fill 12 greased muffin cups 2/3 full. | | 6 | Bake at 375 °F for 15-20 minutes or until golden. | | 7 | makes: 12 muffins |
