Glazed strawberry lemon streusel muffins

Ingredients:
MUFFINS
1 1/2 cupFlour
1/2 cupSugar
2 tspBaking Powder
1 tspCinnamon
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 cupMelted Butter Or Margarine
1 Egg
1 1/2 cupQuartered Fresh Strawberries
1 tspGrated Lemon Peel
LEMON STREUSEL TOPPING
1/2 cupChopped Pecans
1/2 cupBrown Sugar
1/4 cupFlour
1 tspCinnamon
1 tspGrated Lemon Peel
2 tbspMelted Butter Or Margarine
LEMON GLAZE
1/2 cupConfectioners' Sugar
1 tbspFresh Lemon Juice
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 375°F, prepare pans.
2Prepare lemon streusel topping and set aside.
3In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
4In another bowl combine milk, butter and eggg.
5Stir dry mix into wet mix until just combined.
6Fold in strawberries and lemon peel.
7Spoon into pans.
8Sprinkle with lemon streusel topping and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
9Remove from pans, prepare lemon glaze and drizzle over warm muffins.
10Lemon streusel topping: in a medium bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, grated lemon peel and melted butter or margarine.
11Stir this mixture until crumbly.
12Lemon glaze: in a small bowl, combine confectioners" sugar and lemon juice, stir until smooth.
