Ingredients:
6 Slices bacon
Lemon pepper
Salt and pepper
4 lbsPot roast
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cupChopped dill pickles
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
Procedures:
1Fry bacon until crisp.
2Coat pot roast with lemon pepper, salt and pepper.
3Brown roast in bacon drippings on both sides.
4Combine soup, pickles and worcestershire sauce; pour over browned roast.
5Cover and bake at 350°F for 2 ?hours or until meat is tender.
6Remove roast and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
7Skim fat from gravy
