Ingredients:
TOPPING
1 lbsGround beef browned with
1/3 cupChopped onion
2 tspWorcestershire
1/2 tspMarjoram
1/2 tspOregano
1/4 tspSage
1/4 tspPepper
1 canCream of mushroom soup
CRUST
2 cupFlour
1/2 tspSalt
2 tspBaking powder
1/4 cupCrisco
1 cupMilk
2 cupShredded mozzarella
Procedures:
1Drain beef and onion; stir in worcestershire, seasonings and soup.
2Blend well; set aside.
3Combine flour, salt anda baking powder; cut in shortening.
4Add milk and stir until mixture resembles a soft biscuit dough.
5Pat into a greased 15x10x1" baking pan.
6Spread with beef.
7Sprinkle with cheese.
8Bake 25-30 minutes at 400°F.
