Dill and caraway pork

Ingredients:
2 tbspOlive oil
4 Pork tenderloin
1/2 cupChicken stock
2 tbspDijon mustard
1/4 cupWhipping cream
2 tbspCaraway seeds
2 tbspDill
Procedures:
1Heat oil over high heat in large skillet and add pork.
2Cook on all sides over medium heat until light golden in color.
3Meanwhile, mix together stock and mustard.
4When pork is browned, add stock to skillet.
5Cook, covered, 5 minutes.
6Remove cover.
7Turn tenderloins over.
8Add cream and caraway seeds and cook 10 minutes longer.
9Remove tenderloins to platter.
10If sauce is a little thin, continue to cook until it has the consistency to coat the back of a spoon.
11Slice meat and arrange on serving platter.
12Add dill to sauce and spoon over sliced meat.
13Serve immediately
