| cup | Skim milk | | 3
| tbsp | Canola oil | | 1/2
| cup | Unbleached white flour | | 3/4
| cup | Whole wheat flour | | 1
| tbsp | Baking powder | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar or less |

Procedures:
