Banana curry muffins

Ingredients:
2 cupFlour
2 tspBaking powder
1 1/2 cupBran
2 ozButter
1 cupMilk
1 tspCurry powder
1 tbspTreacle OR
1 tbspGolden syrup
3/4 cupMashed bananas
3 tbspSweet condensed milk
1/2 tspBaking soda
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F, prepare pans.
2Sift flour & baking powder, stir in bran & make a well in the centre.
3Melt the butter, curry pdr, treacle & condensed milk together.
4Dissolve the soda in the milk & pour into the dry ingredients with the butter mixture & the bananas.
5Stir until just combined.
6Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins or until well risen & golden.
7Makes 16-18 muffins.
8Microwave instructions: place paper muffin cases into a microwave-proof muffin tray.
9Just over half fill each case.
10Place on a microwave-proof rack & cook on high power for 2 ?to 3 mins or until no wet spots are visible.
11Repeat with remaining mixture.
12For microwave ovens without a rotating turntable, give tray a quarter turn halfway through cooking.
