Procedures:
| 1 | Servings: 12 muffins | | 2 | (combine until crumbly) | | 3 | combine first 6 ingredients. | | 4 | Combine pumpkin and evaporated milk, until well blended. | | 5 | Cream shortening and sugar in large mixer bowl. | | 6 | Add egg, beat until mixture is fluffy. | | 7 | Add flour mixture alternately with pumpkin mixture, beating well after each addition. | | 8 | Combine blueberries and flour. | | 9 | Gently stir into batter. | | 10 | Fill 12 large paper-lined muffin cups ?full. | | 11 | Sprinkle streusel over top of muffins. | | 12 | Bake in moderate oven (350°F) 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. |
