Ingredients:
6 tbspCoriander seeds
1 tspAnise seeds
1 tspCloves
1 tspCumin seeds
1 tspFenugreek seeds
1 tspBlack peppercorns
1 tspBlack mustard seeds
1 tspTurmeric
2 Garlic cloves
-peeled and chopped
1 largeOnion, chopped
1/2 Fresh habenero chili OR
1 Red jalapeņo pepper
-seeds and stem removed
-chopped
Water as needed
Procedures:
1Separately roast all the seeds, the cloves and the peppercorns.
2Grind all the ingredients into a paste with a mortar and pestle, or use a food processor and puree.
