Ingredients:
2 lbsTo 3 pounds Ribs
2 tspVegetable Oil
1 cupHealthy Bread Crumbs

1/4 cupDried Minced Onion
2 tbspParsley
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspPoultry Seasoning
1/2 tspGarlic Powder
1/2 tspPaprika
1/2 tspPepper
1 tspTabasco Sauce
1 cupTomato Juice
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2Cut ribs into 2-inch pieces and brush them with a teaspoon or two of vegetable oil.
3Combine crumbs, flour, and spices in a paper bag; add ribs and shake them in the seasonings.
4Spread the seasoned ribs in a greased baking dish, and sprinkle the tabasco sauce on top.
5Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
6Baste the ribs once or twice during the cooking process and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil if the ribs are browning too quickly.
7Make a sauce from the cooking liquid by adding the tomato juice right after you remove the ribs from the pan.
