11 ozCan mandarin oranges*
1/2 cupSour cream -- dairy
1/2 cupDates -- chopped
2 tbspAlmonds -- chopped
1/2 cupMiniature marshmallows --

1/4 cupFlaked coconut
Procedures:
1*drained prepare and bake gingerbread as directed.
2Combine mandarin oranges, sour cream, dates, almonds, and marshmallows.
3Spread over gingerbread and sprinkle with coconut.
4Chill to set topping.
