Ingredients:
12 Eggs
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1/2 cupGranulated sugar
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 cupWater
3/4 cupVinegar
1 quartBeets, canned, and juice

2Heat until water comes to a full boil.
3Remove from heat and let stand in water for 20 minutes.
4Run cold water over eggs to cool them quickly.
5Peel eggs.
6Mix brown sugar, granulate sugar, salt, water and vinegar and heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally.
7Add red beets and juice to this mixture and pour over the pee eggs.
8Refrigerate at least 12 hours.
9Serve eggs sliced in half.
